Synopsis: Finally, the highly anticipated follow-up to the New York Times bestseller Beautiful Disaster. Can you love someone too much?
Travis Maddox learned two things from his mother before she died: Love hard. Fight harder.
In Walking Disaster, the life of Travis is full of fast women, underground gambling, and violence. But just when he thinks he is invincible, Abby Abernathy brings him to his knees.
Every story has two sides. In Beautiful Disaster, Abby had her say. Now it’s time to see the story through Travis’s eyes.
What it's about: Travis and Abby are back - this time, we have the story through Travis's eyes.
What I thought: To be honest, I loved Walking Disaster more than I loved Beautiful Disaster - and I think it was all because of Travis. In BD Abby annoyed me more than anything, and even Travis's crazy mood-swings felt so overboard. But after reading it all through his eyes, it felt different for me. You got to see how he felt without having to guess - you saw how much Abby affects him, and how much she really does hurt him. I thought that reading this would be like re-reading BD, but it wasn't. McGuire has done a good job of making you feel like you're reading an almost new story.
If you liked Beautiful Disaster, then you are going to love Walking Disaster. Travis is a character unlike any other. I also love the fact that McGuire has given them a bit more of an ending - so if you are curious as to what happens after they marry... Well it's all here!

The Good: I got to have more Travis in my life!
The Bad: Nothing!
