What I thought: Reboot is an exciting new take on the boring old zombie story. Rather than the usual zombie plague we're used to seeing and reading everywhere, these ones are a lot like everyone else.
Wren 178 died and took 178 minutes to Reboot. She is the highest number in the Republic of Texas and that makes her the most deadly. She is also disconnected from her emotions, and completely estranged from her fellow Reboots. But Wren has been like this for five years and she has learnt to deal with her life. That is until her room-mate Ever starts acting weird and trying to eat her, and Callum 22 shows up. His number is so low, he's practically human, and he smiles all the time. The relationship that forms between Wren and Callum is cute yet terrifying at the same time. Wren is starting to feel, but Callum isn't doing what HARC wants, and you read with this constant fear that Callum could die at almost any moment.
Wren changes throughout the book, and it's really heart-warming to read. We watch her struggle with everything she's ever known, and this irresistible force pulling her towards Callum. But mostly, I just loved reading about this dystopian-type world, where a disease makes us come back to life. I'm not sure whether to love it or love it!

Overall, I enjoyed Reboot. It will be interesting to see where the next novel goes! If you love zombies, fighting, romance or dystopia, then this is the next book you should read!
The Good: I love how we have an "opposite's attract" thing, but with a death count, rather than actual personalities or interests. One is almost human, and the other is long-past dead.
The Bad: The pacing of this book didn't sit right with me - sometimes I felt it rushed and other times I felt like nothing was really happening. It was slow going for me for awhile.
