Of Poseidon - Anna Banks

"Galen is the prince of the Syrena, sent to land to find a girl he’s heard can communicate with fish. Emma is on vacation at the beach. When she runs into Galen—literally, ouch!—both teens sense a connection. But it will take several encounters, including a deadly one with a shark, for Galen to be convinced of Emma’s gifts. Now, if he can only convince Emma that she holds the key to his kingdom . . .

Told from both Emma and Galen’s points of view, here is a fish-out-of-water story that sparkles with intrigue, humor, and waves of romance"

OH MY LORDY. This book was AMAZING. I don't even know where to begin (The excitement jitters are still wearing off as I write this!!)

Let's start with characters. Emma is a fantastic main character, I loved her - most of the time. Sometimes I just wanted to say, are you really that blind? but overall, she gave the story it's wit. Galen, yes he is now my new book boyfriend. He is so innocent in the human world, it is cute. Rayna, Toraf and Rachel complete the group, making it one big dysfunctional family.

So, the story goes, Emma and Galen meet. Rayna doesn't believe she is a Syrena. Galen thinks she is. They prove she is, somewhat. What follows is a story that makes you giggle, groan and gasp. There was not a moment when I wasn't entertained. Talking to sharks, making your mate jealous, visiting the titanic and plowing a BMW convertible into a tree to avoid a camel/unicorn/deer thing are just some of the highlights of this amazing tale.

Of Poseidon is released on May 22nd in the US and June 1st in AUS - just three weeks away! Pre-order it right now!!
